The feeding system is used to transport mixed raw materials into the furnace. Each submerged arc furnace is equipped with 9 top feeding bins and 1 external regulating bin outside the furnace.
The furnace top feeding bin is welded from carbon steel plates, and the conical section is lined with wear-resistant plates. The adjustment bin outside the furnace can discharge the calibrated furnace material to the second floor platform, and the furnace condition can be adjusted by adding the calibrated furnace material to the required place inside the furnace with a stoking feeding car.
There are four weighing sensors on a single bin. The weighing sensor is interlocked with the furnace top feeding system to achieve level alarm, and the weighing signal is connected to the DCS system through digital signals. The weighing device is equipped with on-site display instruments and has the function of on-site scale calibration.
Each bin is connected to one feeding pipe, which is evenly distributed around the electrode. Each furnace pipe is equipped with a vibrating feeder for feeding, and each vibrating feeder is controlled in three ways (machine room, local, and remote control of the stoking platform). The external material pipe of the regulating bin outside the furnace adopts a fan-shaped valve form, and a buffer section is added at the bend of the material pipe.
